Most forums are set to "registered handles only". So in order to be able to post messages, you need a registered handle. With that handle you can login to Spamfreeforums. Your handle is valid for all forums, no matter where you registered it. You are the only one who is able to post with your handle, as it is password-protected.

By clicking Create Handle and following the instructions.

You have 48 hours to activate your handle before it expires, otherwise you will have to apply for a new password. Once activated, it will remain live for 90 days, and the expiry date will change each time you log in, so that it will always be 90 days.

Try replying to a post with a simple "test/thanks" message.

If this works, then you need to look at the content of your post. There are many banned words, in particular those that allude to Film Companies and nicknames of Production Companies, also the http:// string is not allowed.

Login to another SFF board (your handle works on all of them) and try to do a "test/thanks" reply to another post.

Once you have registered and have your handle all you need to do is login to the forum and click on "Post Message". Make sure you have read the rules first.

• Highlight the movie
• Click on “File”

The screen that opens up lets you choose the folder you want to save your Screencaps in and also the number of rows and columns.

If you choose e.g. 8 Rows and 6 Colums 48 random screens will be made for you.
Save as type “Jpeg”
You have now finished and unless you change your settings, all future Screencaps will use these settings as default.

Make sure all your .000, ,001 etc. files are in the same directory.
Double-Click the .001 file (it has the hammer icon) and follow the instructions of the MasterSplitter software.

Copy the .de links that you want to transfer to something like 'Notepad'.

Amend the links so that they include your Rapidshare.de user id and password. This is easily done using Notepad's 'Replace' function. The amended link should look like this:

http://user_id:password@rapidshare.de/files/1212121/filename.filetype

1. Substitute your actual user id for 'user_id'
2. Substitute your actual password for 'password'
3. Hit the 'Start Remote Uploads' button and the files mentioned will be transferred from .de to .com.

I have restricted my use of this to transfer one film at a time (you can tell I'm an accountant simply from that). I transferred 1.5 gigabytes of files in less than 3 minutes. If you are a person of adventurous spirit (i.e. not an accountant) you can load up to 100 links into the list.

The following is a list of what OnlyPain - and many others - consider to be the minimum requirements to help keep your computer in a good state of health. All the utilities mentioned, are freeware and have no spyware/adware/trojans or viruses embedded in them.
When you go to any of the URLs mentioned, be aware that ALL you want, is the specific item of software. Read the sites very carefully and do not be tempted to click on the first 'Download' icon you see :-)

Save this to your desktop. Then double left click the Icon and wait for the signature database to update.(You must be connected to the Internet). Once the signature database files have been downloaded, you will see a list of scan options with check marks in each box. You can remove the check marks from any additional hard drives but leave the primary drive, C:\ check marked.

Click on Start Scan. Depending on the size, number of files and possible nasty stuff on the HD, the scan can take between 30 minutes to over an hour or more. Be patient! Re-boot the computer and do not forget to re-enable System restore.

The free version is strictly a scanner and does not provide any real-time protection.

• Start CCleaner
• Click 'Run Cleaner' A list of rubbish will be displayed and the total number of MB. that will remove
• Click 'Run Cleaner' again until you see '0 bytes removed'
• Click on the Registry Icon and 'Scan for Issues'
• Click 'Fix selected issues'
• Click 'Fix Issue(s)'
Repeat this procedure until 'No issues were found' and then re-boot your computer.
